Pidgeon Ward is an award-winning multidisciplinary creative design studio, based in Melbourne, Australia.

Since 1993, the studio has built a reputation for creating unique solutions for a range of clients within the commercial, private, government and cultural sectors. We establish lasting relationships and work to solve problems identified across a diverse range of disciplines.

No two briefs are alike and our approach varies accordingly. Our outcomes are both relevant and tailored — underpinned by objective idea generation, which has become our trademark. We embrace the unknown and enjoy breaking new ground.

Responsibilities
Design:
Involved with all aspects of 2D, 3D, and digital design that enter the studio, whether that be development of the creative, following a set creative or assisting/implementing the work of others.

Finished Art/Production:
Responsible for preparing and overseeing finished art, including testing, sampling and implementation.

Most importantly:
Not to be restricted by a job description. The studio is a collaborative environment – we work towards achieving the best outcome, whilst maintaining the highest levels of design integrity.

Senior Designer
Criteria
- 5+ years experience in similar position or industry.
- Highly organised and outcome focussed.
- Creative and idea-oriented thinker.
- Impeccable eye for detail.
- Eagerness to learn.

Preferred Skills
Adobe Creative suite
Microsoft Office
Animation and 3D skills (preferred but not essential)
